Join our dynamic and friendly team in Guildford as we seek a skilled and locally-based Service Engineer / Mechanic. Dive into a dynamic work environment with occasional customer site visits – a role that offers lots of variety.
Don't worry if you're not already an expert; we provide specialised training, and there's even a chance for international travel. You will be responsible for identifying and repairing equipment faults, meticulously update service records, and occasionally perform repairs on-site at customer locations.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, and this is a full-time position (Monday-Friday).
What we're looking for in our Service Engineer / Mechanic:
- Proven experience as a Plant Mechanic
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Precision and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Customer-centric mindset and a dedicated team player
- A valid B+E Driving Licence.

Timberwolf TW 280HBH Hybrid Chipper
Recently Bartlett Tree Experts took delivery of the latest addition to their fleet - a new awesome Timberwolf TW 280HBH Hybrid chipper painted in their own colours. Supplied by Green Plant UK who in conjunction with Timberwolf UK installed the machine with the Bartlett team and were on hand there to answer any questions.
The RoboEvo
Energreen's RoboGREEN evo has evolved into the RoboEVO, a remote-controlled tool carrier able to work in the narrowest areas, on slopes up to 55° or where the access is very difficult. RoboEVO can be utilised with a variety of implements using double acting pipework. It has a 40 HP Stage V diesel engine.
Two New Norcars
Norcar have recently announced the release of two new wheeled Miniloaders: the a7035
which is an easy to drive machine with a lifting force up to 1500 kg and a lifting height of over 3,5 meters, and the a7245
which has a more powerful engine and a higher hydraulic oil flow, up to 61 l/min.
